Tam Fresh Cut-Pak, Inc. is primarily a fresh produce processor. Over 30 years ago, owner David Tam, recognized a need in the food service industry for pre-cut produce. Our produce selections literally range from the entire spectrum of California produce.
Because of the favorably long growing season in California we are fortunate to have most of the popular fruits and vegetables available year-round. We pride ourselves in buying locally grown produce.
