Tam Fresh Cut-Pak, Inc. is a fresh vegetable and fruit processor and supplier. Our firm started operations in Sacramento in 1985. Our business has grown from a 4-person operation, in a tiny garage to our current staff levels, 60,000 sq. ft. facility and small fleet of commercial trucks. As we have grown we have remained constant in our commitment to quality and customer service. Our company motto has not changed over the past 34 years, "The Quality you need, when you need it."
What We Do and Who We Serve
Tam Fresh Cut-Pak, Inc. is primarily a fresh produce processor. WE use a wide range of hand cuts, from simple to gourmet, and high volume machine cuts to prepare our produce to order. We also handle produce repackaging and bulk produce sales. The majority of our clientele are produce wholesalers who in turn have restaurants, casinos, retail grocery stores, school districts, hospitals, hotels, and fast food chains on their customer list.
